La teoría

Un sustantivo contable es cualquier cosa que se puede contar en unidades separadas: edificios, coches, lunares, botellas, lápices, niños, etc. Con ellos usamos how many: How many cars are there in your garage? (¿Cuántos coches hay en tu garaje?)

Los sustantivos incontables son los que no podemos contar en unidades individuales: el agua, el aire, la luz, la nieve, la lluvia, el hierro, etc.Con ellos usamos how much: How much water is there in that glass? ¿Cuánta agua hay en ese vaso?
